Twist: Parties & Events specializes in balloon twisting and does not provide in-house face panting services. However we do know many professional face painters and can work to find a face painter for your event at the rate of $175/hr!

Yes! We'd love to work with you to create custom balloon designs for your event theme, and with enough notice we can special order balloons to match your color palette!

Twist: Parties & Events serves the Portland Metro area and surrounding cities, including Gresham, Beaverton, Tigard, Lake Oswego, Happy Valley, Clackamas, Milwaukie, Oregon City, West Linn, Hillsboro, Aloha, Tualatin, Sherwood, Troutdale, Fairview, Wood Village, and Wilsonville, as well as Vancouver and Camas in Washington.

We're happy to travel though events outside this service area may include a small travel fee.
